RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall try and assist you as soon as possible to help you through the return or acquiring your refund process.
If you wish to return an item and obtain a full refund or possibly get an exchange you must be aware that the whole process could take 14 days or longer for international deliveries.
Please clearly state on the email whether you would like to exchange an item or gain a refund.
Unfortunately return postage will have to be covered by the buyer not Riviera Life and it is important to ensure that the item is tracked.
All items returned must be unworn and undamaged with all tags and labels still attached.
All refunds obtained will be processed through PayPal.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit or debit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
